All Sales Final
All sales of downloadable digital books are final once payment has been successfully completed and the purchased digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for successfully delivered digital books due to changes of mind, purchasing the wrong title or deciding not to use the purchased material.
Download and Delivery Problems
If you cannot access or download a purchased digital book, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide access to the purchased product.
Billing Errors and Other Exceptions
Billing errors, duplicate charges, failed delivery and products that do not materially match their description will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable consumer-protection laws or payment-provider requirements.
